Built for those about to rise.

Some exits aren't endings.

Oritura began as a private answer to a question I kept hearing from the silent middle — women and men who sensed something was wrong long before they had words for it, and who had already lost the job, the case, and the version of themselves they liked best:"What if I'd written it down — the way it actually happened — before they made me doubt it?"

Why I'm building this

Workplace retaliation is the most common federal employment claim in America — and the hardest to prove. Not because the harm isn't real, but because the evidence dissolves in real time: Slack threads disappear, calendars get rewritten, the witness who promised to back you up suddenly remembers it differently.

By the time most workers reach a lawyer, the truth has already been smoothed over. The case is lost not in court, but in the eight weeks of doubt before anyone thinks to write anything down.

Oritura exists so that the version they tell on the record is the version that actually happened — captured the day it happened, encrypted before it leaves the device, and ready when counsel is.

Three convictions

What I will not compromise on.

01

Privacy is the product.

If a worker can't trust the vault to be invisible to their employer, nothing else matters. End-to-end encrypted, offline-first, employer-camouflage. Always.

02

AI advises. Counsel decides.

Ignita can detect patterns no human will catch in time. It will never tell a worker they have a case. Every output is reviewed, signed, and owned by an attorney.

03

Dignity is non-optional.

We are building for people in the worst weeks of their professional life. The interface should feel like someone is finally on their side — not another form to fill.

If you've ever sat in a parking lot and tried to remember the exact words someone used in a meeting six weeks ago — Oritura is for you.
